Dear Rolla 31 Families,

Thank you for your patience as we work quickly to determine the best course of action. Given the extensive damage to some of our buildings and facility services, there will be no classes this week. (Click here to view a damage report on each building). These days are not expected to impact our calendar. Spring break will still be held as scheduled. Here are a few things you need to know as we prepare for students to tentatively return on March 31st:

• Some students will be relocated from their current classrooms when they return as we work to repair the buildings. We will keep you informed as we finalize these changes and how they will impact each child.

• Once power is restored to all buildings it will take time to determine affected services (gas, internet, phones, food, etc.). 

• Parent-teacher conferences will be reformatted or rescheduled. Your building principal will communicate those changes.

• Coaches and sponsors will be reaching out regarding activities and practices that were scheduled for this week and next week.

Thank you again to all who have reached out to offer your services. We will share opportunities for volunteers in the coming days. Once the damage assessment is complete and insurance requirements are met, we will need many hands to ready our schools for students. Our goal is to return all students to school as soon as possible.
