2025 MISSOURI MID-LEVEL PRINCIPAL OF THE YEAR - DR. TORI SNITKER, PRINCIPAL AT ROLLA JUNIOR HIGH

Rolla Public Schools is proud to announce Dr. Tori Snitker, Rolla Junior High Principal, has been named the Missouri Association of Secondary Principals Mid-Level Principal of the Year
From Clark Mershon, Executive Director of the Missouri Association of Secondary School Principals: “A great middle school principal is someone who recognizes the potential in every student, fosters a culture of learning and belonging, and is willing to challenge the status quo to strengthen their school community. Middle school is a critical time of growth, self-discovery, and development—it takes a dedicated leader to guide students and staff through these transformative years. 518 school districts are in the State of Missouri, no other school district has more state principal winners than Rolla School District.” With that in mind, we are honored to announce that Rolla Junior High Principal, Dr. Tori Snitker, has been named the 2025 Missouri Association of Secondary School Principals Mid-Level Principal of the Year.
To celebrate this incredible achievement, Dr. Snitker was surprised with a special assembly featuring the RHS Drumline, her family, and the entire RJH student body as she was presented with this prestigious award.
Congratulations, Dr. Snitker! Your leadership, dedication, and commitment to excellence make a profound impact on our students, staff, and the entire Rolla Bulldog community!
