We are excited to announce screening dates and instructions for our incoming Pre-K and Kindergarten students enrolling for the 2025-26 school year.

Students entering Pre-K must turn 4 on or before July 31, 2025, and students entering kindergarten must turn 5 on or before July 31, 2025.

If your child is currently enrolled in Pre-K at Rolla Public Schools, there is no need to make an appointment. Students will be screened in their classrooms during the school day on March 3rd and 4th (Wyman) and March 12th-14th (Truman and Mark Twain).

All Pre-K and Kindergarten screenings will be held at Rolla Technical Center, 500 Forum Drive. Screening dates are as follows:

• January 22 & 23
• February 5 & 6, 19 & 20
• April 2, 3, 22 & 23

If you are enrolling your child in Rolla Public Schools for the first time, please follow these instructions:

STEP 1: Please use this Sign-Up Genius link to sign up for a screening appointment time. If you cannot access the link, please call the Early Childhood Office at 573-458-0193 or email ccamenisch@rolla31.org.

STEP 2: Once you have secured your screening appointment, please fill out an enrollment application for your child in our online system at this link:

2025 ONLINE REGISTRATION

Please bring the following to the screening appointment:

• The child being screened
• Parent/Guardian Photo ID
• Proof of Residency (utility bill, lease, rental agreement, or real estate tax statement)*
• Child’s Birth Certificate (Must be a parent listed on the birth certificate or must have legal guardian paperwork with birth certificate)
• Child’s Immunization Record

*(If you are unable to provide proof of residence in your name because you are living with another person/family, then the person with whom you are living will need to attend the meeting with the Registrar and provide their photo ID and proof of residency in his/her name).
