Returning Student Registration

K-12 RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION (ANNUAL UPDATE) FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR 


This page is only for K-12 families currently enrolled in the Rolla Public Schools (RPS). Any families coming from outside of the district (even those who have attended RPS previously), should refer to the New Student Enrollment page.

Families of current students returning to RPS will update demographics and other information online via the directions below.

  • STEP 1: Returning Student Registration (Annual Update) will be completed by parents logging into their Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. If you do not currently have a portal account, please click HERE to complete the Parent Portal Access form. Rolla Public Schools can provide online access to students records. In order to protect the confidentiality of student records all parents/ guardians are required to complete this form. 
     
  • STEP 2: If your address has changed since your last annual update, gather an updated proof of residency to submit in the portal. You will need a current electric bill, or rental/lease agreement (dated within last 45 days) or paid real estate tax receipt. (If you are unable to provide proof of residence in your name because you are living with another person/family, then the person with whom you are living will need to attend the meeting with the Registrar and provide photo ID and proof of residency in his/her name).
     
  • STEP 3: Once logged into Infinite Campus Parent Portal, click on "More" in the menu, select "Online Registration", then "Start" next to the year 2025. 
     
  • STEP 4: Watch the mail late July, early August for Back to School/Open House information from individual schools. All information will be shared via social media and our website, as well.

Free & Reduced lunch applications will be available under the Lunch Program tab in July, 2024 and at open house/registration.
