The library at Truman Elementary is currently housed in a commons space area that is not conducive to our student’s needs.  This construction will allow for a more secure entrance by building a new library and administrative office at the front of the building.  The existing office will become support offices and a classroom, and the existing library will be used as a common space. 

This project is currently underway. The parking lot on the east end has been repaved and a fence has been added around the playground for safety. The administrative offices are expected to be complete by mid-March 2023, with the library addition and cafeteria renovations finalized by late spring.
