BUS PURCHASE BID

 

 

The Board of Education of the Rolla Public Schools will receive bids until 9:00 am Thursday, October 9, 2025 for the outright purchase of 4 buses for the 2025-26 school year.  Bids will be opened at approximately 9:15 am.

Specifications for the items are listed below.

The quantity of each bus needed will be specified at this website with bus specifications. You are invited to submit bids for the list of items.

The Board of Education invites you to submit a bid on these conditions and RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS.

 

Bids may be mailed, hand delivered or emailed. If bids are emailed, you must receive a “confirmation of receipt” via email from Amy Luebbert in order to assure receipt. Please mark your bids “BUS PURCHASE BID” and send to:

BUS LEASE BID

 

 

The Board of Education of the Rolla Public Schools will receive bids until 9:30 am on Thursday, October 9, 2025 for the straight lease of 5 buses to support the Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) program.  Bids will be opened at approximately 9:45 am.

Bids must include pricing for both a 3-year lease and a 5-year lease option. Each bus lease should include an annual mileage allowance of 15,000 miles, with clear terms for any overage charges.

Delivery Requirement: All five buses must be delivered to Rolla Public Schools no later than July 15, 2026. Please review the delivery timeline and penalty clause located on the final page of the specifications document. Timely delivery is essential and penalties will apply for delays as outlined.

ADDITION & RENOVATION TO EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER

Sealed bids will be received by Rolla 31 Public School District, 500A Forum Drive, Rolla, MO 65401, until TUESDAY,
OCTOBER 21, 2025, AT 2:00 PM for the ADDITION & RENOVATION TO EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER. Bids will
be opened publicly at that time.

Information as to bidding instructions and requirements for procuring bidding documents may be obtained from the
Architect.


Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards,
shall be paid all workers employed on this project.


The Board of Education reserves the right to waive technicalities, to select any contractor filing a proposal, and to
reject any or all bids.


A PRE-BID MEETING / SITE WALK-THROUGH OF THE BUILDING WILL BE TUESDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2025,
FROM 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. WE WILL MEET AT THE EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER SITE. ATTENDANCE AT
THE MEETING IS VOLUNTARY.
